Planning a home search schedule and organizing appointments with real estate agents
and landlords. Accompanying the international assignee on all viewing appointments.
Evaluating the properties to identify the right neighborhood and house (depending on
family needs, access to city, distance to schools, etc.).Giving advice on market prices.
Negotiating the rental/sale price and conditions on behalf of assignee and his
company. Providing legal advice on rental contracts (getting the right clauses in the right
contract)
Schooling Search assistance:
(Up to 2 days)
Advice on local schools
Organizing school visits and appointment with headmasters
Assistance with enrolling children in the most suitable school.
Spouse/Partner assistance:
(1 day)
Overview of social clubs and associations, cultural awareness, sport and leisure clubs,
assistance with recruiting housemaid or nanny
General Settling-in services:
(1 day)
Assistance with: opening of bank account, car purchase/lease, furniture / household
goods purchase, setting up utilities, information on health centers and hospitals,
leisure activities overview…
30 Days follow- up:
Help hotline
Departure Assistance:
Support with the lease cancellation, support with retrieving the lease deposit, closing
down utilities, cancellation of various subscriptions
Temporary accommodation:
Hotel or furnished accommodation search, Lease review when applicable, Coordinate
direct invoicing with host unit.
Company set-up and document clearance services:
Assistance in obtaining CR, CPR, LMRA registrations, driving license…….
Commercial Space Search Assistance:
